Below is a run-through of some of my work highlights. These are largely feature, long read, and in-depth reporting based.

Alongside the long form content below, I regularly do quick turnaround pieces based on news trends, cover news and reporting shifts, write news analysis pieces, and am available for comment on headline-making news stories (usually around workplace, HR and business-world issues). I also appear on podcasts and on expert-led webinars and regularly write newsletters for different outlets and businesses, for a variety of audiences and in wide-ranging ToVs.

As someone with editing experience, I am also available to consult and appraise on your editorial strategy or cover editing shifts.

If you’d like to commission me for any of that, or something similar to the below, please do reach out: dancavejournalism[at]gmail.com.

Podcast and hosting

In 2019, I launched Executive Grapevine’s first ever podcast series: The HR Grapevine podcast. It’s a short weekly pod designed to get behind the headlines of the week’s biggest news story about work. You can hear me on that: here or here.

I’ve also appeared as an expert podcast guest talking about workplace trends and fixing the managerial crisis on other podcasts.

Elsewhere, I’ve worked as both an event chair, panel host, and have delivered talks, webinars and created (and done the voiceovers for) informative videos. Some examples are here, here, and here.
